Return Policy

 1. Returns


1.1 Returns are possible, please contact us within 7 days by the time customer receive their purchase. All returned item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed. Do not cut the tie wraps, do not wash the hair. Any smell, (food, sigaret) can cause no refund.

1.2 We have the right to refuse returns if item(s) show sign of use or damage caused by the customer. 

1.3 Once the item(s) return in proper condition, customer will receive a refund within 3-5 business days. Payment will be made on the same bank account that made the payment.

1.4 Customer is responsible for all costs of returning the purchase to JENNLORAINE HAIR.

1.5 Returns or exchanges must be authorized first before proceeding. You will receive details how to return and to confirm the address. Customer is fully responsible for the return. JENNLORAINE HAIR is not responsible for lost returning packages and no refund will be given. 

1.6 Returns are not valid for closures, frontals, customized items and gift cards.

1.7 Please don't refuse a delivery. Unfortunately refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery and the return cost. Any refund will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of the refused deliveries.


2. Sale Items

2.1 Unfortunately we are not able to give refunds for sale items, personalized orders and seasonal collections. All orders for sale items, personalized orders and seasonal collocations are final.

3. Quality

You may know JENNLORAINE HAIR from the good reviews about our quality. We are standing for good quality, transparency and the best service. We are checking every single purchase very carefully for you. We did our good research to sell the best quality products.

Unfortunately it's always possible that you are not 100% satisfied with the quality, it's not on a daily bases, but it's still possible and we are very transparent with our customers in that. In that case feel free to contact us as soon as possible with any feedback. Service is very important in our company. We really appreciate every experience to have any upgrades in our business if needed.

We will try to find a good solution with our customers, if the feedback is mentioned in a proper timeframe and the mistake is from our side. Just keep in mind that all item(s) needs proper care to have a long lasting time, we kindly ask you to follow the hair care tips that are provided by us. 

Warning! if your not known with Raw hair we highly recommend to contact us first before ordering, Raw hair is different than Virgin hair, it need good maintenance to keep the quality. 

Although our closures and frontals are from good quality it's commonly known that they are not long lasting products. Closures and frontals are very sensitive especially HD lace and they need proper care.

All closures and frontal purchases are final and we are not able to give a refund, because this is not a long lasting time product. We kindly ask you to follow the hair care tips that are provided by us to get the maximum of time out of the lace products!
