Shipping Policy
1. Delivery time
1.1 Please allow up 2-3 business day for shipping when items are in stock
1.2 Please allow up 14-16 business days for shipping when items are out of stock
1.3 During sale we work with in stock and pre-orders. Contact us for the current stock
2. Sale and Holiday season
2.1 Due to high demand, orders placed during the sale may take up to 3 extra business days to process when items are in stock. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
2.2 For out-of-stock items, processing may take up to 5 additional business days beyond the standard timeframe (see 1.2). We’re working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.
3. Shipping
3.1 All orders within the Netherlands are shipped with Track & Trace. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3.2 Please note, we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
3.3 Once the package is handed over to the carrier, JENNLORAINE HAIR is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage.
3.4 Any claims regarding such issues must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
3.5 If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
4. Restock & In Stock
4.1 We strive to restock every end of the month. Please keep in mind that we have limited restock.
4.2 JENNLORAINE HAIR keeps their customers up to date of the in stocks through our social media platforms or by the following mentioning ''Ready To Ship''
4.3 Want to know what we currently have in stock? Send us a message for the actual stock
4.4 Pre-order your items and receive your hair within the designated date.
5. Pick Up
5.1 Pick ups at JENNLORAINE HAIR headquarters is only available when items are in stock. Customer can choose a pick up date and time during check out. Please keep in mind that this is only for in stock items - if you see the button pre-order that means there is no stock available. When your orders is a pre-order, we will contact you for a new pick up date.
5.2 You will receive pick up instructions once your package is ready for pick up.
5.3 Payments needs to be done immediately on the website to secure your order. We accept PIN and cash in the office (please pay in the exact amount). There is no change available and we are not able to pay the change back through Tikkie. We do not accept cash payments with €200 or €500.
5.4 Due to high request, we do not reserve any products for a longer time.
6. Correct information
6.1 Please make sure that you provide the correct and complete shipping details when checking out. JENNLORAINE is not responsible for any additional costs or delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Cancellation
7.1 Once payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled as your order would have already started processing with our suppliers/warehouse.
